March Music-Sphere Rundown

As the month comes to an end, I thought I'd do a music recap and curate a playlist of what got me through it. Artists like Ed Sheeran, Lorde, John Mayer, and Lea Michele made their music comebacks and dropped some killer music with lyrics revolving growing up, relationships, self-empowerment, and picking yourself up after falling.

This month also introduced to artists like Kevin Ross and Sampha who are incredibly skilled at getting you to the edge of crying but holding those tears back so you don’t to miss what the lyrics are saying because they're just that good.

And, for all the moments I successfully got myself off the couch and onto the gym's Stairmaster, Spanish artist, Álvaro Soler, and girl group, G.R.L., got me going. Zedd and Alessia Cara's "Stay" and Calvin Harris's “Slide ft. Frank Ocean” kept that momentum going with two Spring Break jams that will definitely be making their way into Summer.

No matter what the month, I've always got to include my chill and sing-along jams for car rides to work, school or whatever. That's when Drake's "Passionfruit", Future's "Selfish ft. Rihanna”, and ZAYN and PARTYNEXTDOOR's "Still Got Time" come in. All three jams hit the target of getting you to feel the groove but not getting you too hyped- aka perfect for cruising.

That's just some of the artists in this month's music rundown featuring all my current favorites in the music-sphere. Check out the Spotify playlist to hear the rest. If you have any jams that you're absolutely living for, comment them below because I'd love to check them out!
