10 Things You Should Tell Yourself and Your Friends

1- Your feelings are valid. Your emotions are valid. Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise.

2- Even on your off days, you are a rockstar and you stay killing it.

5- There is no perfect body shape or size. Get your butt off the couch and do whatever physical activity that gets you excited. It doesn’t matter what it is but make sure it gets you going and gets you hyped up. Eat healthy but treat yourself, too. The number on the scale is not important. What is important is your ability to feel good and think positively.

6- Your struggles are your badge of honor. Use them to grow and then share your experiences with those around you to help them.

7- If something upsets you, speak up about it. Your opinions and voice deserve and need to be heard.

8- Do not allow what makes you different to inhibit you. Let it be a force for people to reckon with.

9- Support and love yourself and your dreams. Be your number one fan. And do the same for your friends. Be their number one fan.

10- Remind yourself that everything is temporary. Life is a journey. There will be ups and downs. Things will get harder and they will get easier. You will get tougher and you will get stronger.
