The Pleated Skirt Returns
You guys have seen this skirt before from my first Total B.S. post, along with this jacket ( a definite staple item in my closet). I had to bring them back because they’re both popular items this season. I love this look because it has a lot going on but it’s not hard to look at- LOL. Here’s the run down on this outfit. The skirt, which should usually fall around your waist area was pulled up and tucked under this cotton tee. I then knotted the cotton tee right in the middle, above the skirt. If done right, tying or twisting your tops can give an effortlessly cool edge to your look. Grab any pair of white sneakers that you have, these are Adidas, and bam- you’ve got that “I actually put this look together real quick but it looks like I put a lot of thought into it” vibe going. The bag, however, is another story. This bag was a birthday gift from my cousin and it has everything that I currently love: patches, snake print, and pops of color. I have been trying to get myself to wear more color for the past 2 years of my life. I have found that the ways I am most comfortable in wearing color is through accessories, like this bag.
