My 4th Of July Look

I guess there really is no place like home. I am serving you guys some major Dorothy from Wizard of the Oz and Fourth of July vibes. Got a couple requests to put together a red, white and blue look. And, while a classic jeans, white tee and chucks look is the ultimate go-to for BBQs, I say why not have some fun with bright red colored mules and this striped off-the-shoulder top I was sent from Forever 21?
